On Wednesday evening we went to the Modern Art Museum to attend Thuraya Al Baqsami's Art Exhibition "60 Solo". Her work is quite unique that gives life to every theme. Her subject be it figurative or abstract, the the expressive and attractive designs, shapes and combination of colors in her art work has a captivating effect. I felt a lot of her paintings had a story to tell about women, people, life and emotions which the viewer or art enthusiast could relate to segments of his/her life and the world around him/her. Her art work is an expression of poetic beauty, moods, joy, love, pain, struggles and triumphs of life itself.
